Amazing Health Benefits
Many companies now recognise the health benefits that can be gained through providing fitness training for their employees. People who exercise regularly significantly reduce their risk of many conditions including; Coronary Heart Disease, Diabetes, Obesity, High Blood Pressure and Osteoporosis. Practicing Pilates regularly can increase strength, improve flexibility, relieve stress and develop a strong healthy posture.

Good posture is essential if at a desk or on your feet all day!
Pilates is ideal for the workplace because it can be practiced by almost anyone. And because Pilates focuses on posture and developing the deep abdominal muscles, it is perfect training for anyone who has to sit at a desk all day. But posture is not just important when sitting, indeed people who spend long periods on their feet are at risk of developing a variety of back problems, many of which can be alleviated with correct posture.

Anywhere - Anytime - Anyplace!
Pilates doesn't require any special equipment and can be done almost anywhere, space permitting. Of course if your company has a fitness studio then that is wonderful, but a meeting room where furniture can be moved easily will suffice.

Charges

Improved fitness doesn't happen overnight and for this reason corporate Pilates sessions are booked in blocks of 10. Charges will depend on the size of the class and the location of the company.
