Online classes details:

For online classes you will need to download the “Zoom” app "zoom cloud meetings" from the app store or access it at www.zoom.us and sign-up/register but there is no need to upgrade/subscribe to anything even if prompted as i am the host. This needs to go on the device you will be using for the class, it needs to be a computer or device/tablet with a webcam, a mobile ‘phone would work but might be a bit too small to be useful. Please check this page regularly as the class times may have to be tweaked each week to allow for us all to log-in at the start of each class.

For each class time you need a “link” supplied by me (or “meeting ID” and password) so anybody swapping classes would need to contact me in advance each week to get the link to the correct class.

Online Classes: Terms & Conditions:

The cost of a 8 week consecutive course is £76 (paid by bank transfer) which includes one additional extra free class each week subject to availability. For existing members, if you are signing up to these sessions the classes will be using the balance of your existing pre-paid course. Courses will run with just the same terms and conditions and 8 consecutive weeks as normal and missed weeks can be made up on another day subject to availability. When you are due payment for the next course i will let you know by text or email.The classes are live so we all can have a wee chat & laugh to cheer ourselves up, but most importantly we can work really hard and get our bodies looking great for the summer.
